Well. I didn’t see this one coming. Not so soon, anyway - I genuinely would have expected the company to keep going for at least another year.

For all the issues I had with the product, I am saddened by this turn of events; I genuinely did hope that the company would figure out a way to build profitability. I am also sorry for shareholders; it’s a real gut punch.

Worst case scenario is the shares are worthless, and holders can claim it as a capital loss (to be offset against future capital gains.) But I hope that the company manages to pull through the process and comes back in a better position.

Sympathies, all. This isn’t what I wanted to hear.
