You'd basically have to prove that the directors were negligent - that they reasonably should have known that the company was heading for a cliff and could have done something about it. That's a difficult job to do; it's easy to pontificate here about what they should and could have done (especially with the benefit of hindsight), but it's a lot harder to prove it to the satisfaction of the court.
I don't think it'll happen. I could be wrong, as always - I'm just some random pontificating on the Internet, after all - but I would be very surprised if a class action against the Redflow directors got off the ground.
