It's an okay announcement, this market price hike is completely unwarranted however. They're basically giving a sample product to a company and hoping they take it, this doesn't warrant the price volatility we are seeing today. There's a lot of risks associated with this as we all know things are murky in the Chinese industry regarding IP.
