In terms of how long they’ve been looking at China, it was one of the first things that Tim Harris talked about when he came on board. There were photos of him touring a Chinese manufacturing facility mid last year, and at the AGM in Nov, he said they would provide a strategy for China within 6 months. This announcement seems consistent and on-strategy with that plan.
