The deal was announced 6.2.23 when share price was 22 cents. RFX was trading at 20 cents on Friday 3.2.23, So Scale knew they were subscribing for shares at a premium.
All just sounds unprofessional. Tim's had a bad week - the quarterly report clarification and now this. Presumably they checked Scale before getting into bed, or it was a gift horse too good to pass up.
I think Tim is genuine and a hard worker - but something seems to be lacking - either with him or the Board.
At least the $125k pays his wage for 3 months,
