I agree about the contracts but as I pointed out, unless you enter Phase 1, the smaller stuff, you will never get to Phase 2, significant contracts.
My point is that those entities consider technology "with foundations ... close to being heritage listed" as currently competitive, and if they choose Redflow, it is the best solution for their situation. But we will only find out when Phase 2 happens.
