My concern exactly!

Him - going under 5%

Him - apparently - taking up only about a quarter of his entitlement

Him - according to your suggestion - not wanting back up over 5%

Him - being a major shareholder of a company - that supposedly is on the cusp of significant commercial success?

Of course there could be all sorts of possibilities, why anyone does not want to take up their full entitlement. However, the company puts out the fact that he took up $250,000.

My question to the company, why?
