Mostly because I struggle to see how this won’t be heading to the mid 2c range based on it. There’s just too much money going out the door and with all the pressure on energy they can’t even sell a quarter of a million dollars of stock in a quarter of a year.

Only a year of funding left and they’ve just done a CR, which means that you can bet another one is on the way before too long.

You would also think that if any substantial news was to be released, it would come out today.
