Couldn't agree more.
It is virtually impossible for small residential customers to get an install from someone local who could be counted on to be available if there were any issues.
Also they would still be hit with the "early adopter" unit price from years ago, even though some would be shareholders supporting the company.
There is no transparency as regards the production issues which no doubt have had a negative effect on the share price. The company should have been upfront with those issues.
Someone in control doesn't appear to have the interests of shareholders to the fore.
