I have seen a few small cap companies going down the same path lately:This is actually not looking great here
- Wanted to raise X amount, but ended up having less. With cash rate being that high, less takers and the terms are much harsher.
- Revenue still too thin to breakeven, even after years of operation (I have been watching RFX since 2016).
Next the death spiral of convertible notes?
