with the US fed and various state incentives on offer though I'd sooner see a new factory based there rather than extend Thailand. and I'm inclined to think that Tim has California in mind, though another co. I'm into has chosen Tennessee as a better State offer.

Thailand was a better move from Mexico and its proven to be ok yet the incentives are a strong magnet in US.
