I think your argument on the SP movement is incorrect. The price has been rising on the lead up to today on the back of the DoD news. The funding news only came through today and the SP went down. EV may have ridden, but so had dilution. The SP movement today explains that.
Still, it was necessary and should set us up nicely for what comes next.
