Yes, some interesting possibilities.

Even more curious is the settlement date and supporting sentence about Britishvolt acquisition timing.

"Settlement of the placement of 9,525,126 fully paid ordinary shares is expected to occur on Monday 13thFebruary following the planned completion of the acquisition of Britishvolt by Scale Facilitation®, with the shares being issued on or around Tuesday 14th February".

Now we have Thailand, USA, Australia and maybe now UK in the mix for production lines. We shall see.

All speculation on my part but intriguing no less.

The other option to consider is that this partnership becomes a "fizza" and they either become a "blocker" in any other future deal or just sell out after 12 months with hopefully a nice little profit.

Who knows, but keeps us interested while the SP is shite and we wait for something more positive to talk about, hopefully solid contracts.
