You might also factor in environmental influences over time in relation to the available kwh, as in warmer to rather hotter locations over a decade or so. Throw in a number of weeks over 40oC for places like Adelaide or Perth plus maybe a few 45o C days each Summer for a lot of the south east coast, or more for the bulk of Australia away from maritime influences.
But if you only need to consider a purchase cost comparison, ignore the above.
