I'm not following Redflow closely since I sold my holding a while back. But I still check in from time to time because I'd like to buy back in if the company ever shows some sign that it can eventually make good. So I'm a week late seeing the strategic update. Apologies.
From my perspective the critical strategic issue is the lack of repeat and referral business. The company has a substantial list of pilot and initial installations in contexts where Redflow technology would seem to the ideal solution: Knox City Council, Optus, Telstra, BOM, remote farms, mines, and so on. But where is the follow-on business for additional sites, other similar businesses? Crickets! It's a massive problem for the company and yet the strategy update doesn't tackle or even acknowledge the issue.
Raising capital to build new factories and planning for a ramp-up is a complete and absolute waste of money if they are only ever going to get one order from each new customer.
I want Redflow to to well. I hope it does. But I don't believe they can while they are blind to their biggest problem.
