I've been looking in from time to time today, sellers didn't seem to want to go below 4.2c today. That's equal to $1000 more shares (23,809) than at the SPP offer of 4.3c, if you are after 1M shares. But there is also brokerage to consider if buying on market so that's a few less.

If bargain basement is 1/10 of a cent below the offer, what would 2/10ths be
