    Looking at the EOS finacial presentation.

    SEPA - Standby Equity Purchase Agreement. Seems to be an ongoing capital raising mechanism.

    I haven't seen that term used before. (Perhaps shows my ignorance).

    Perhaps RFX could work with Industry Superfunds to get some SEPA happening!
