But it is to squeeze more productivity out of the existing factory.

My understanding is if they try to use the existing set up they won't make the deadline.

And that could be why they have been considering using debt or other funding methods rather than rely on us, at all if need be I suspect, why bother to make noises otherwise? We do have first dibs if we so choose, that would mean less debt.
