At least some of this is due to external supplier issues, though in the absence of more info, I can't see all of it that way. Anyway, I hold shares in another technology company that got around these supply chain issues, causing delays in development and in production, by bringing it all in house. That is almost complete now and has taken some time, with at least one CR along the way.

Given one of the main parts of the battery, the electrodes are made by external suppliers, and external suppliers is at least part of the major production hold up, it seems to me at least after some input from the UQ nano tech researchers that this that this needs to be brought in house.
