Most capital raises carry a rebate of 15 to 20% to institutional investor. Had they just done a more “traditional” raise they would have had to sell the shares to the institutional investor most likely at 5.1 to 5.4 cents per share.
I think this raise looks potentially much better. Us retail investors might get the best deal at 5.9 cents. The institutional investor can easily end up paying much more for their shares.
