BRAGG, I think it’s important to notice that New Technology Capital Group is putting 5 mio dollars on the table, so they are not JUST involved to sell the capital raise. Also worth noting that they are prepared to pay potentially much more for their shares than the current market price. Of course the can also end up paying less. Fair enough if the market takes a dive or Redflow, against expectation, does not grow much.
But...they are investing 5 mio dollars. Yes, there are fees involved, but there always are when capital is raised.
