It means that the Investor can't snap up the subscription shares instantly at the current price. If they want the shares within a month then they have to pay the premium. That gives the market a month to establish what Redflow shares are worth following the capital raising. If it's below $0.12 then the Investor will probably snap them up quickly. If it's above then they might wait to see if the price will settle below again before taking them.
