More often than not these options expire worthless.

Finally, timing is generally an issue with RFX, and particularly this time if the events in the middle east get out of control.

Either RFX has not been prepared to do what ever it takes to get this seemingly promising battery company up and spinning or it has not been possible to date. Hard to see which is more damming all the effort and support thrown behind RFX, not to mention the incoming tide.
