Yeah a bit harsh. Won't get a CEO for under 500k that is any good. It is difficult building a manufacturing company here and taking it global. Major contracts, especially govt do take ages to execute.
None of the above is defense of TH specifically and Chairman package sounds rich, if correct.
Just reality is these things are hard.
