That's your job. Not hard to keep up. Yes they are but no published figures yet. There was a picture of a pouch published last year maybe but most recently for the pouch battery they are still in the process of ironing out inconsistencies I suppose, testing it is.
Rather hard to believe that only one battery manufacturer will supply all markets in short or long duration batteries, that there will be no competition, nor any developing? When technology and product development is at the testing stage, or in production.
Which leads to the development of the X10. We now have a stack that works reliably it seems, it did take around 6 months post release in August 2022 for a program to begin aimed at resolving the bulk of the failure rate but it seems the stack can now be mass produced with potential for very high volumes. How best to use it, to maximise returns on all levels, and make a product that larger customers are wanting.
Hopefully avoiding the issue of where cost of goods input $ continually exceed income of goods sold by a large margin as one ZnBr gel battery manufacturer in the US has consistently done. They now need a newer factory, hopefully financed by a loan from the DOE. To date the DOE have announced conditional commitment - now 8 months ago and counting, with several steps remaining for the project to reach critical milestones, and certain technical, legal and financial conditions must be satisfied and diligenced to the satisfaction of DOE before the Department enters into definitive financing documents and funds
the loan. More debt but with it they might be able to become cash flow positive, maybe the loan will happen soon.
It seems Redflow are looking around for funding assistance too for a new factory, maybe some of this will lead to that, who knows.
