Renewables have not been subsidised to the tune that Fossil fuels have. YET..
So as the world wishes for renewables, then to make it as cheap to the consumer and to bring on industry, it will need a Bucket load of cash hand outs.

Wind is established, so too Solar. and neither will work as intended without storage. Batteries are available! - especially LDS. Right now.
So to me - it's a no brainer to get onboard with storage, its the next stage of the Renewable ideology.

And yet all this will still need fossil fuel energy as back up. Crazy but its what the world desires....
