    Interesting wording:

    "seeking proposals from power developers to help provide that energy using Redflow batteries".

    You could read that as RFX batteries have already been selected, and they're just looking for someone to provide the power/integration/solar panels or something.

    But the next sentence says "If Redflow is ultimately selected".

    Hmm.
