re: Ann: RedHill Education Announces Earnings... i guess shareholders will have to weigh up whether these guys paid too much for the two newly acquired education centres. i know it has a small market cap but if these acquired centres don't perform then there could be a substantial drag on cash for a small entity.

personally i think the downgrade of earnings advice was poorly thought out and has a lot to do with the substantial hit the s/p has taken. its hard to cast blame, then say the industry is facing catastrophic affects and then say but we are okay all in the same statement and get it right. and after i read the first page there wasn't much that could be said to get me to invest.

having said that, i had a look at the prospectus and everything else and thought if i could see an updated balance sheet now then id consider investing. one of the businesses they acquired had net cash of $8m so if they got that, then plus the $1.3m they got from the float they should have plenty to get through this current rough patch.
