Weren't they initially only to be the licenced forwarding agent for marketing the NMT`s tech, not to start building anything and what expertise let alone finances RIL has developing recycling facilities or anything else the matter of fact. Ten mill of our money in the bank and sp in the pipi territory for years on end.
