I skipped over it because I don't have a single clue what you're going on about. I don't think I've ever said there was a licencing deal & I have absolutely no clue how you would ever come to that conclusion.
RIL said it was a licencing deal? What licencing deal? Where does it say that? That's why I said please go & read each & every ann since 2022. There are about 30 of them if you hit the "price sensitive" tab, all the information is there.
In theory, yes, they could issue a licence to a third party, but they haven't done that yet.
