fact 1- poorly timed and executed raise which cost more to complete than what was raised
fact 2- got no support from shareholders and they punished the stock accordingly
fact 3- management has not participated in last 2 raises or bought on market
fact 4- they are withholding assay results wanting to drill 2 more holes
fact 5- they destruction of shareholder wealth over years has been profound in a strong commodity cycle
fact 6- management have a history of saying one thing and doing another
