No dilution event related to EMH will be valuing the fair value of Geomet, they will just dilute the bejesus out of EMH which sits at the historic lows just the same as when EBRD bought in just recently, for every 2% of EMH stake they get 1% in Cinovec project (why pay $200M for 5%, when you can pay $8M for 10% of EMH?)
At this SP any dilution will result in serious impact to the SHs. Before we start welcoming dilution events, let's get this SP back up to $2.
