The way I see this I will have to say well played to Gina. First of all declare TO and made offer right after Twiggy got in knowing it is almost impossible that she will succeed, but true intention was to take up at biggest of a position as she could. Why? Twiggy have not show his intention for taking up position and may not have an intention to bid at all. If FMG announce a joint venture, then the 4.2 share she bought may easily double to 8 or even far higher. Either way if both Gina and Twiggy are buying and trying to get in for whatever reason, then it is a damn good reason for me to do the same. What do I know about what the market wants? But I am sure these guys know their stuff, if you want to be a boss you got to behave like one...
