I think that many holders (like Rowi had said all along) will have waited until today to see whether another offer is coming and now realise it isn't. Gina doesnt need to extend or increase the offer - she just needs to buy on market. however long it takes to get to 75% and then goodbye Atlas.
I have also previously said, dont be surprised if Twiggy does a deal to sell to Gina + some other attractive sweeteners that meet FMGs "strategic" needs. FMG just wanted to block MinRes. There is nothing really special that Atlas has that FMG dont. And before you say Lithium, Magnetite, Cobalt, conglo Gold etc - FMG have the largest tenement holdings in the State. There is nothing special about Atlas tenements.
My guess is - share price will commence to fall over the next weeks as many realise the end is nigh for Atlas.
