Fair call, my opinion etc, etc is that a lot of institutions did a conditional acceptance and she knew as I would have expected a better offer and extension a bit earlier than today. Knowing FMG aren't accepting once she gets 50% and knowing she won't get to 75% why increase? . An increase would be good though. As would a bidding war but wishes and reality are not the same. My opinion of course
