Have institutions been buying at 4.25c, no new or changed substantial holder notices. I think a lot is speculators hoping for better offer and knowing downside is 0.25c or just over 0.05%. Calculated risk. Half those shares would have been going round in speculative circles . I was a holder until this morning when the shares left my holdings.
