By 3pm on Friday it became clear that Gina is over 50% threshold. Many posters could not see it. Pattern recognition is a skill which is not easy to develop.
I was not able to post earlier for administrative reason.
There were some discussions about a chance of delisting AGO from the ASX.
As usual many misleading statements were made. I could not find any special considerations attached to shares held by minority shareholders in the event of delisting.
4.2 c is not guaranteed at all.
The protection is offered to the shareholders that they can dispose of their holdings on the market in a reasonable manner before the delisting event.
After 12 months of the completion date of the successful takeover bid there are no special conditions attached to the delisting process of such entities.
Otherwise, after 12moths, delisting is subject to normal rules, so Gina has to wait if there were justifiable objections to the delisting within 12 months.

Delisting is not on the cards yet, the complete reviewing of AGO operation and its future according to Gina is.
