The possibility of delisting is in black and white in Hancock offer document. The details are quite clear and they have passed the lawyers. If they get over 75% from memory. Over 90% they compulsory acquire. I don't see either as likely without FMG. Have a look at the offer document it's very clear and a significant risk.
