I believe this is the worst decision by far (and that's saying something) this board has made and if S/H were to get together the only immediate out come I would accept is the HOA terminated and we stick with our 20%.A new board will have nothing left and there's plenty of other companies out there that meet that criteria no thanks Tanzania is potentially huge and we are being misled ...If only we could turn back the clock 9 months when the opportunity was there to topple these FOOLS and have a competent board to protect and grow the company.Today I have learnt a big lesson is if smells like @#$% it usually is @#$%
