All good.....I doubt or hope MCT doesn't take part in RI, which then reduces possible raise to around $2m.
If they get more than 1/3 of SH to dig deep I'd be surprised.
If MCT doesn't get paid for previous jv costs, then I expect the project will stay on hold. There is no way MCT could spend exploration $$$ with no guarantee of reimbursement. As far as I can see trust will be zero going forward.
