I will give you a clue. MP Minerals (US) are a $6billion company mining REEs. They get up to 70% REEs and dilute the mine output by (I believe) 80% to extend the life of their mine. The critical issue for MP is waste water - what to do with it. Their neighbour, Dateline Resources (ASX; DTR) is an Ozzie minnow but possibly has even better concentrations of REEs. What these guys have found is okay at best. There are a truckload of other factors that go into this and geologists keep their secrets close and shrouded in jargon.
