How on earth are these results impressive? Go and have a look at WA1's TREO results, not the niobium that is their main discovery. They have 30-40m intersections of TREO in the 1-2% range, which is 10,000 - 20,000ppm range. They are impressive, but almost never get mentioned as niobium is the main game there.
3,000ppm over 3m is NOT impressive, with most intersections 1,300 - 1,500ppm. It's nowhere near good enough to be a mineable grade. There are deposits of this type of grade all over the place, just ho-hum too low to bother with, never mined because it would be way too expensive.

Look at ARU with 2.6% grade of TREO (26,000ppm!!) and Nd/Pr of 6,900ppm!! That's in the mineral resource, with lots of drilling hits of higher grade!

This rubbish doesn't come close and are the results we should expect from a penny dreadful of $2-3M M-cap, not a $20M M-cap company.

The simple reality that holders don't want to know about is that this is a junior explorer with nothing and should have a similar Mcap as other junior explorers that also have nothing, being under $5M M-cap. It's the direction it's been heading in for years...
