There is the 10c options due for conversion in December? One would think if there was a raise a raise price would preferably be a decent distance above those in order to guarantee conversion. Plenty of funding from the upcoming options and the December 10c oppies to potentially extend the runway into 2024 if they wanted to imho. Probably better time to raise then broader market wise too.
