Looking at the upcoming news flow in next few months, I dont understand why anyone would sell now? Personally ill give the DRE team the time to drill this thing out and top up as much as I can while some sell. Its not like they need to raise funds or anythig. If you got in at the peak you only lose if you sell. If things go well in a few months we will all be laughing.
