Way im seeing it, don't they need to do rock chip sampling/other prelim surveying. Wait for results, then plan initial drill campaign, drill (possibly DD, if deep) wait out a 2 month drill campaign if so and then 2 months for results.
Drill results won't be for another 9 months at that rate.
The funding arrangement for convertible note wasn't it at a certain % discount to next raise? I do agree the oppie strike price is achievable
