Agree, off take agreements are now key and the big issue is who has the capacity to refine HREE. Lynas LAMP S1 & S2 will only produce a SEG & HREE carbonate for further toll processing, presumably Rhodia, but it's hard to find much capacity in the West. Will be v interesting but CUX could have a great advantage as an early mover.
