Geez dude, you were in @ 14.5c, and still happy a month ago after our first hit. So, some time in the last month you sold out, and now you come back to downramp. Why bother champ??? If management are terrible maybe, but you have seen the neighbours have something similar, and now you are trying tk get people to sell. As the great reply to your downramping said, its not as simple as you put it. Won't you feel silly if thus now blows up?
