Do we not want some form of decent exposure to market prices if RE is supposed to enter a massive bull cycle?
I love the certainty, and one in the hand is worth two in the bush and all that, but I have no interest in being a feeder to one single company.
Glad we got some news in any event, just don't want to be hamstrung by necessity for Europe now when the US market is on its way. I mean, half of the attractiveness of VML is its situation to the North American Market...
