You would assume then that if REEtec have already operated an 'industrial scale demonstration plant' that they would now have in place the full-scale plant, or at least will have by the time the product from VML arrives. They already have buyers lined up for their processed rare earths so money should be rolling into Vital's coffers not to long after after first product mid next year, thus eliminating the need for another capital raising.
