Ann: Reffind completes investment with Loyyal, page-1101

I contacted Robert and he couldn't tell me much as usual - He advised a recent meeting was held to raise capital for working capital ~ 3 months after resolution passes … I stated isn't it weird that a director who literally just sold down and crushed the SP voted to raise??.. not much to comment on... Looks like Emirates deal with Loyyal will be "extended again" …. and Reffind is getting in staff to go and push the wooboard product - they haven't moved on this previously due to the product going through a major upgrade.

The conversation really cemented my NO vote (even though I had already actually voted no). They need to really drive sales and revenue activities … He wasn't much help nor was he a breath of enthusiasm or confidence..
